hahahaha i wish shotgun would post, he seems to know most about
this technical side of the question with iterated...larry might
know, or someone with the understanding of their tech's could call
and get the gist of it
AN ITEM---if you think Tmmi will be around for a while, a good
tax planning tool (with a degree of risk), would be to get a bunch
of TMMi shares into a ROTH IRA...at 1 cent and something, you could
sell the stock if it goes to higher levels, and escape ALL taxation
on the proceeds...you have to hold the stock/and or cash in the
ROTH account for 5 or more years, but it is something to think
about...i have 100k shs in an IRA, and i am thinking of rolling
them out and convert to a ROTH
