IMO or less than 2 cents, companies sell products or services all the time utilizing other companies patented technology. They claim ignorance or whatever, and usually settle out of court on what they owe for royalties (if the patent holder discovers they are using). I bet in many cases, the patent holder only discover a small percentage of companies using its technology. In this case, I think shareholders would discover and help keep TMM aware of abuses.

These royalties are usually based on an agreement b/w the two parties. Sometimes the agreements are retoactive and sometimes the seller proactively makes agreements prior to using. Surely, TMM and ISI are in discussion to determine what the royalties fee should be prior to ISI introducing. Don't you think?
