Tenchusatsu,

"I have a friend from college who got her doctorate in nutritional biology and calls herself "doctor," yet she is a stay-at-home mom and hasn't really used her degree all that much."

I was concerned when my youngest sister said there were two guys stalking her, upon further investigation it turns out they are bill collectors. Things can be true and also not what they seem.
