Winzer - according to rumors on the street -

(1) Public referee - next date avail. in April

(2) Parties pay referee (retired judge)

(3) Settlement between the parties

The outlook is not as rosey as SR predicts.. GME will gain a SIGNIFICANT INCREASE in its ownership at the Glimmer mine and the odds still remain favorable for the company to become the new operator.

One JV partner is now compiling the data for presentation to the operator's board members. There is one little mentioned detail of the sliding scale NSR payable to Hemlo- could it be possible to win the battle and lose the war? Some believe this might be the case.

It will be interesting to see how events unfold over the days and weeks ahead.
