Jay-

Closing your puts and selling Mar 25 covered calls upon STRENGTH if/when Pair hits 22+ is probably a great idea. I have a difficult time seeing PAIR breaking 26 by MAR. In all likelihood, PAIR would head back to 20 from 22 1/2 and you could buy them back at a profit. I don't expect a rally to 25 soon but a 4 point pop to 22+ is entirely possible. Unfortunately, we are not there yet and are a little premature. Expect the next few days to be very telling for both Pair and the tech sector as a whole.

I don't currently have a position in PAIR, but am seriously considering buying some calls on Monday. I have made a lot of mistakes in the negative price environment since September, but the charts I am seeing now are very similiar to those seen in June thru August when I made money hand over fist rarely owning my calls for more than 4-5 days.(including PAIR) Of course, now there is the Asian crisis hanging over the tech sector which may moderate any big runs.

Happy Investing!
