BUY YOUR CPQ'S from dealers.
get the extra warranty that fixes it at your house for 3 yrs.
it works.
work through the store not cpq.
altough with the dec prochase cpq servie will be great now.
the service is what cpq wanted with the purchase and the right to buy the new intel chips at cost.
I'm helped others on this and their probelms are zippo if something happens.
also, whan buying a new cpq, get the store to set it up free and have them deinstall all the phone and answering machine stuff from the start up menu.

MIKE, It is RETRIBUTION, REVENGE, RETALIATION AND REPRISAL and very funny<G>.In those three months you would have made approx. 30 dispraging remarks about CPQ and 10 about COMPUSA. AS Pief. would say,"Ve have Vays to make you stop talking"<G>
