Bill,
Bush was too weak to withdraw when it was obvious there were no WMD.
WTF? Bush was strong enough to take full responsibility for Iraq. He did what any sane, moral leader would do, which is to try and clean up a mess of his own making.

By February of 2010, Joe Biden was crowing about how Iraq was a "great success story" for the Obama administration, even though Obama did nothing but finish the clean-up job that started under Bush.

I have a different opinion. I think Bush watched what happened to his dad when he left Iraq and lost the election so he decided to go to war in the same country and this time stay in it until after the election.
