“Had” vs “has”... two very differently meaning words. Has means he at sometime in the past possessed something. Has means currently possesses. Saddam has destroyed some WW I vintage WMD’s and had decommissioned the nuclear program... he no longer had WMD’s, but sure he at one point HAD WMD’s. Leading up to the invasion and illegal occupation of Iraq, Saddam was no immediate security threat with regards to WMD’s or his military capacity. So the justification for Bush’s invasion and occupation of Iraq was a farce.
