I do hold a small position in PSTH, although I am not too enthused about the fact that it is trading at a 25% premium to its liquidation value. That is very unusual and pro more evidence of a bubble. The premium may complicate negotiations with a potential target. I also own shares in IPOD, IPOE and IPOF, Chamath Palihapitiya's three SPACs. Chamath is a very sharp guy. Yesterday, he was teasing a potential deal on Twitter. Of course whatever he is working on could be unrelated to the SPACs., I’m finalizing the details of my largest climate investment ever.
