What is the latest on the Copper Hill Resources listing on the Over-The-Counter exchange. Any idea what you expect it to start trading at.

I have been watching this company for some time now. Initial named Copperhill Resources then renamed Royal Aerospace and then renamed Copperhill Resources Corp. However I have been unable to track down much information on them except the recent news release on Dart Creek property. Do they have a web site ? Who is on their board ? Where is their head office. Can I get a prespectus? Have there been any trades on this stock and when can we expect some work to start on their properties. George
