in teras filing what is meant by the term "regular way" in regards to teh lowest conversion price??

and was i correct inmy assumption that the private placement investors really wantthe price to go down so they can accumualte more shares?

there was a clause that limits how much they can convert at anyone time....i think 500,000 shares
