Davis...I would be disappointed if you weren't a bonafide person..for what would you be then? This is beginning to sound like a comic strip...we have Darth Vader, Batman ...was that Chicago? and his sidekick Robin... from? Do you wear a white hat? I'm having difficulty in identifying the good guys and the bad guys and I remember my Dad always telling me that the good guys wear white hats..no matter what Celeryroot says. These announcements..are they due by mid-February? Many people are getting antsy over the fact that the Company needs an infusion by April..and having been taken on this kind of ride by the Reg D people, I can't wait to see what kind of fun we're going to have with new financing...I for one, had a conversation with Darth back before this round of financing was done..I also had some dialogue with Brenda who thought that Darth was full of ...., she also warned us of how dangerous this type of financing would be...but I was too intelligent to pay attention...To my way of thinking, any news that is real not conjecture will help..management's silence is deafening. What have they learned this time around that they don't need to experience again before getting the message?
