It seems the patent covers doses which are "solid at ambient temperature". If the HVSF product is liquid, would it infringe this patent? Perhaps more importantly, is liquid even a good idea, or will it leak out before being absorbed? There are also a few patents held by Virgil Place and assigned to Vivus. It might be worth checking them to see what they cover. Back to watching golf commercials... --Whippy
