Pat: Take a look at a little company here in Pittsburgh called Tollgrade Communications (TLGD). The make remote testing systems for Digital Loop Carriers and other stuff crucial for provisioning of bandwidth to the masses. They sell to BOTH the RBOCs and cable gear makers like C-Cor (CCBL), so no matter who wins, TLGD wins. They're working on a system to test local loops for bridges and load coils, the bane of folks more than 18K feet from the CO. Interesting firm with a super EPS report on Thursday this week.
