Betty, I am also sure he said six, and I was not there. My question is really did he relate it to the existing accumulation level of the trial or did he refer back to as in, "the only info we have was that when 52 patients had been accumuled there were only 6 deaths". NOTE this is imanginary quote of what might have been said had he said it.<g>

BTW Xoma is in Surgical Research Group in U.K. No date on article or even on site but group formed sometime after 1995 since references to books published then ae in articale. Potential partners from those other cos also in group ??????

Also good description of Glasco scale, other info on 1992 study to combat toxic shock. Trial was double blind so do not believe it involved XOMA but it might have E 5??
