I'm old school. I have an old road bike mounted on a trainer similar to this. About $100 about 30 years ago. elite-it.com Weather permitting, I prefer the road.

I bought a Spin bike in November when the weather shut down outdoor riding. I love it. On tired days just go easy. I do UTube Spin sessions via my iPad.
