Myron, potential good news from Yahoo thread.

The following was posted today on the Yahoo thread -

====================================================================
I have reason to believe that Mr. Wexler will no longer be permitted to post messages on Yahoo. Libel is not welcomed here.

BTW, I also have (somewhat tenuous) reason to believe that the second patent has already been allowed----as distinct from issued. If so, SGP received this information days or even weeks ago, but didn't bother to release it. The decision is SGP's, not Zonagen's, and SGP doesn't have any particular reason to disclose it. Sometimes I wonder whether they like to see ZONA's stock at a low level----maybe they want to buy the company cheap?

If I'm right about the patent, we'll probably see low volume and little price action until it is actually issued---and a client who has 31 patents tells me that the process can take 3 months.

Several weeks ago a message was posted on this site which claimed that the patent was allowed in mid-December. If the author of that message is still around, can you shed any light on this question?
==================================================================

BTW, Mr. Wexler's last post on Yahoo was 1/28.

In a related news flash, I have determined that other members of the Yahoo thread are reportedly up in arms & thinking filing a class action suit against Yahoo - they can't seem to make rational investment decisions without Mr. Wexler's factual & "penetrating" posts. One of his strongest supporters, a Mr. S. Hussein, stated that this censorship could have "unpredictable consequences".

Seriously, I will see what I can dig up on the patent thing.
