David,

You post:

>>>First: It should be obvious that I have never had "inside" information.<<<

No...first of all, you didn't answer the question: "...why hasn't Koch provided DIP??..."

What is obvious is that you don't think the readers of this thread know the difference between inside information, your opinion or un-cited sources of information. For instance, twice you "leaked" company correspondence; once in post #4885 where you just happen to stumble (?) across at letter from SOLV to NASD and then in post #4895 where you again find (?) and post a letter written by Herb Campbell to Senator Pete Domenici (NM-RP). I keep my eyes and ears open too, pal...I never came across these letters in the proverbial public records. If you, in fact, did, good for you...but you should cite your source, otherwise readers might just mark you for an "insider"/dba, shill...I'm sure that this has never happened??

As I re-read many posts (your advice) I came across other direct and indirect examples of what might be interpreted as "David is either bullshitting, or he has inside info". So please, "don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining".*

>>>Second: I've been told the volume was not 800,000, but 8,000,000!<<<

See...there you go again, but this time you cite your source "I've been told.." (Hey...it's an improvement) If you didn't know the volume, why post and point fingers, relax... wait till Monday....then, blast away!!
Asking is not a sign of weakness. I asked and jjb gave me a boatload of court docs to read (gee...thanks! jjb). I am proud to say that after reading all weekend, my knowledge of SOLV is now no longer minimal....it's marginal!)

>>>Third: Why would anyone that thought they KNEW something send info to "bigtoe"? <<<

I didn't ask those who "KNEW" something to "send info"...I was simply making an offer to share information in a less "guarded" environment...Jeez, it is not a part of some vast right wing (short)conspriacy, there Hillary...

Finally..(sorry for the wordiness)...I am long in this David. I have been for quite a awhile. I have never shorted SOLV. I do respect your loyalty and effort towards this company and I understand what you are trying to facilitate. My approach to stocks is often too emotional for my own good....I get too close, but I strive for honesty. I can only urge you to be more aware of your audience and concentrate on the present position of SOLV and less on the past.

regards,

bigtoe
