Hutch... Here's another one for ya...

You don't have to be a broker!!!...

You can also buy stock the second last day before the end of any given month, as long as you cover the purchase before the last day of the following month... With three day settlements the purchase doesn't become a "debit" until the start of the new month...So it doesn't affect the company's books... Done all the time...and it's also called "no money down" ... Need some pretty good equity in da 'ol accounts and a good relationship with a broker to do it though, and I'm not saying that I do it <g>,I just know that it has been and is being done quite frequently...
