Burt Bachrach and Hal David wrote a lovely song called "Knowing When To Leave" that may best sum up what I am feeling as I read your posts.

Stitch: Sort of like that Kenny Rogers song gambler ? <gg> you got to know when to hold'em.....and when to fold'em or something similar to that.Never could recall the lyrics of a song.

Stitch,

There are some of us who are simply astonished at what occurs in a very brief period when what we took to be a long-term investment rises much faster than anyone could have anticipated.

I think that I made it very clear that I considered this an unusual situation and I really do not see that there is any need to rebuke us for expressing amazement at what has happened. Indeed, the first thing I said was that I expected to see this go right back down again.

It does remain true, though, that we went ahead and made a commitment instead of sitting there opining about waiting for further confirmation. Indeed, I would have been in sooner except for problems getting through to the Matthews Korea Fund.

My own intention is to hold my position for perhaps as long as two years. Please check back in at that time to see whether I have sold.
