IF it's even true, it looks like it's only a local D.C. Bill and those who want to live inside a nanny communist dictatorship like D,C, can let moron politicians raise their kids, they do that anyhow... In the real world in America, the parent is the full legal guardian of a minor, this is the law... The only exception to that law is Child Protective Services which is a State level agency which works with law enforcement on child abuse investigations... Frankly, I think that article is probably not accurate, it sounds too sensational to be legitimate, but these days, who the hell knows... GZ
