If I had a growth company, in the same position as RMIL, I would be doing exactly what their management is doing. If I can see there is heavy (potentially destructive) manipulation of my stock, had turncoat executives eager to perform acts for 17 pieces of silver, I would want my ducks in a row, money in the bank, the SEC satisfied, operations poised, and eyes forward, "hands-on-the-helm-damn-the-torpedoes" before I utter one thing to the public! All papers relevant are available to SEC auditors and other proper autorities whenever they wish to view them. If you aren't licensed, peddle your papers elsewhere.
