That is right or Hurting the GOP You have to accept the reality Trump is no longer in the GOP. He has no political office after January 20th. There is no political office for #DiaperDon, he won't be co-leading the Senate. He is just a loose end with no safety pins holding it together. That McConnell is blocking the $2000 is evident and undeniable. I think he will be successful, the GOP will have stolen the $1400. The "let's get revenge for #DiaperDon's Twitter handle" won't fly. Section 230 wouldn't be repealed even if just Republicans voted. Republicans are comfortable in Georgia, they have been for a long long time. Chortling may be warranted, we will know soon. Like all flows the outcome is already there, just out of reach in next week. There will be no major diversions this late. The GOP stole their $1400, took it right out of their kid's hands, that is what happened.

Trump is immaterial at this point. He is gone.

What is important is that Mcconnell and the Republicans are being blamed.

The Democrats are getting credit right now and the Republicans have been put back on their heels..

People are only so stupid.

They can see it is the Democrats that support the $2,000 and the Republicans who are against it.

This is going to hurt Republicans for a long time, because it makes clear to the Desperate poor that the Republicans are their enemy, and people can see that they are not getting relief because of the Republicans.

And millions are desperate!!

Bernie's fight has made that very clear and Mcconnell and the Republicans will be blamed.

Indeed, right now they are being blamed. As Mcconnell said:" we are being hammered".

Why do you think both Loeffler and Perdue and others now support the $2,000??

Both have opposed it in the past and right now ads are being run that show how both have changed their minds.

Everyone knows this gambit has put the Republicans back on their heels.

Which is why we need to start doing more of this sort of fighting because Mcconnell is a full blown racist sociopath who only helps the rich and is destroying this democracy. .
