Mr. Geoff Coates-Wynn:

Yes I also remember that, Will have to look at the notes in my file but
the deal with FIRE to MDIN as you said was to be honered! That was the
reason to buy MIDN stock as everthing was to be the same including the
20% of all future deals that were made. Try the news for NPEC around the
July to Sept time window.

Also there was a statment that NPEC was to share in the expense after some
orginal cash was spent on the projects or deals for operation cost's only.
That was not for orginal expense in locating the project just to run it
as I remember.

Good to see your back on line and have time to post. Give that pet a pat
for me! How is the main project in your life going? are you writing scrip
yet or close?

Regards,
Jim...

Geoff,

I remember that too....that the 80/20 split was to be with all deals...but actually....I wonder if it matters that much since with NPEC owning about 14 million shares of MDIN....then NPEC is involved whether MDIN lets it in or not.

I also apologize for getting confused. I think that the mine I was thinking about that is already in production is owned by NPEC.
