When Sun Microsystems capitulates and goes NT will that be the end of your war?

If that were to happen, then the answer is yes. But I suspect that Sun will switch to NT over McNealy's dead body.

John -

When Sun Microsystems capitulates and goes NT it will signal the final last gasp of the resistance. Do you agree?

I think you're ignoring the many other companies that offer NT in addition to their other products. Even if you think that NT is the best thing since sliced cheese, it's not cut out for all tasks.

Try running a 128 proc. NT box with 32 GB ram and 10TB stiped disks for a good example.
