The man from Nowhere is just a regular movie.

It is very big in South Korea as is Secret Affair (watched it twice about a piano genius from the streets with great morality) and Descendents of the Sun (Very romantic-lol) or Mr Sunshine (shades of James Joyce in this one)..

Women may like these more than men. I have a sort of female mind, although I am straight.

I was raised by a very sweet kind and very smart woman and saw her way of living was the right way: kindness and honesty. And she was self educated. .

You know how there are some movies everyone likes, like say The Last of the Mohigans.

The Man from Nowhere is a movie sort of like that, Everyone I have known likes it.

I know a lot of good South Korean movies. I like them because I find them interesting. Those writers and directors are on the leading edge of thought and their movies reflect that.

And they run the spectrum from wild stuff like Old Boy, to one of my favorites because it is so sooothing 'Little Forest."

No one on earth makes better and more intellectually sophisticated movies than the South Koreans.

They are really fucking smart!!
