Here is some more info: RF Micro Devices Looks like they are picking up steam in the GaAs amplifiers in recent Earnings release: businesswire.com David Norbury, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, ''During the third quarter of fiscal 1998, demand accelerated for our GaAs HBT products for cellular and PCS applications. Bookings for these were at an all-time high. We were also pleased to see orders for silicon products more than quadruple over our second quarter.''
