glenn, as you stated the hot stock fax alert came out Jan. 19. His regular newsletter came out Jan.30 which was responsible for the heavy volume friday. I suscribe to both so was aware that there would be new buying coming on Jan. 30. WRN will likely need to digest this advance for a short time before it continues its advance. BTW the projected .47 was 1998 EARNINGS after taxes for the Taylor division only. So if these earnings are realized the projected 1998 PE would be around 1.5 whereas the standard PE for the industry is more like 15. Schaefer says that Taylor Rigs is" the Mercedes of oil rigs" He states that Mark Roberts is involved in negotiations for other hi tech energy service companies. Keith
