Looks like a word-processing file got cross-linked with an HTML file at FTEL. <g>

Addendum: I just saved the link as an HTM and looked at it. Looks like it's probably a problem caused by the software they use to create their pages, MSFT's FrontPage. Odd, as I've always found MSFT's products, especially all the versions of Windoze, to be so reliable. ROFL!!!!
