Sorry if I somehow led you to believe I wanted some company information from you. I've watched your posts for a year and a half and haven't seen one of the company PR's you post come true. Why would I ask you now? They had a reason to do the S3/A after filing the S3, don't you think? Figured out the reason? I don't have time to study everything they do and it doesn't matter anyway. I've nailed what was going to happen since day one just from the due diligence I have done. I do appreciate people like Rich posting things however, it falls into the category of "real" research". The filings tell you what the company is really up to, much better than the dog and pont shows they put you through. I don't have a spin mode, I state the facts when the company tries to spin. Spin is making bad look good. Maybe vice versa, but not with NTN. It's been bad and badder for them. When I've been negative and the stock has dropped 90%, and you've been bullish and the stock has dropped 90%, most people would stop criticizing the person on the right side of the move. Do you think that if you continue to mis-state the facts that it will somehow change any of this? I bailed after the IWN rumor became more BS (at worst lost commissions, by the way), and the financing turned into theft of shareholder value. My position was based on rumors leaking from the highest levels of the company. At least I saw the truth before the crash of the stock. Do you want to try to legitimize your continued and continuing bullishness? Now their are more rumors coming from the "highest" levels of the company. They have to do with issues like investment bankers, strategic partners, new talk of selling the company, things like that. Probably will include IWN hype, also. Personal opinion is that it's more buying of time by Sokol. Probably attempting to get his "long term investors" to cover their shorts. For all the reasons I mentioned before. GTech did massive due diligence and insisted on cash instead of $2 stock. And there has been massive dilution in the interim. Does anyone really think a new buyer will show up and see something they missed? And over look the finances, terrible management, lack of proprietary technology, etc., etc., etc. So, you want to share your rumor? Doesn't it bother you that they leak these things to so many people? It is illegal you know, and an awful disservice to shareholders. Once again I will give my standard disclaimer that I am just stating opinion, have no real sources, and am dreaming all of this up. (but lets see what they announce) Dwight
