re <<If so, should I get out?>>

I say yes, because you bought the call options, and time-decay works against you.

OTOH, should volatility rise, the premium embedded in the option would rise, independent of the absolute rise / fall of the underlying share price

So, bottom line, as the LEAPs expire out in 2023, you have time to decide.

I would take profit and put the profit into GBTC, and close eyes.

I believe when you announced your sale of TSLA shares I asked whether you would consider buying some calls to get some tailing action. It may have worked out well. Option gaming is a bit different from equity plays. Related but different.
