If Jovan Pulitzer is as good as he seemed to be in the Georgia hearing, all that's needed is to have him analyze the sample of ballots causing the 3:00 AM spikes in the 4 swing states. If those ballots are as fraudulent as most statisticians have demonstrated, joe biden and his Obama-ites will be run out of the country!
