Greetings all:

The voting proxies may only be available to shareholders of the record date specified in the meeting notice. If the shares are held in street name (ie. brokerage) and the record date has passed we may not get the vote unless the meeting date has changed. (It appears in any case that Mr. Shah would have control in the absence of RH).
