I have to eat my helter skelter accusation John as I know for certain that approach would not be acceptable to such a large financing unless of course a wizard was involved. Doubts just never end??????

You are the one that is mad. If you knew what was good for you you would have exercised those warrants. Guess it's just another way of doing another private placement? Surprise!!! Sure glad I sold a wack a couple months ago. If I can buy back in for .14 I know I'll get as good a deal as you did. Pity The only way to solve this mess is to follow it up with obtaining financing before fall and tax loss selling sets in. This is either going to be a great buy in the next month or so or else a hole to piss in.
