TCGNJ,

1) Former announcements have not been made (or I haven't seen it) in this regard, but there is no reason to suspect that this wouldn't be the case.

2) R/3 has been y2k compliant from the start. Some companies may decide to postpone their in-house implementation of R/3 (to free up resources for the transition crisis, but more will probably accelerate their efforts to pursue R/3 to timely resolve multiple issues. Lately, SAP has been launching massive efforts to improve R/3's implementation time and to offer flexibility of their software packages.

3) I can't begin to list all the new customers SAP is lining up on the global basis--best way is to visit their website or to request such a list from SAP's Investors Relations Department.

IMHO, SAP's joint venture with Intel, Pandesic, will add icing to the cake as "P" will undoubtedly become a major player in e-commerce beginning at the dawn of next century. (And that's where all the $$$$ is)

Regards,
Ibexx

TCGNJ,

the answers to your 3 questions (although not directed to me):

Yes, Yes, the rest of them. :-)
