ETFs are an easy way to limit portfolio risk - get dividends and growth with low fuss and high liquidity. I had something like 50 stocks last year - I couldn't keep up with them all - so I used long term growth and Morningstar ratings as a first pass. I also wanted enough volume. I'm down to about 10-12 and a handful of ETFs. By June - I expect to be out of my main portfolio risks or have hedged them. Until then ... hold on.
