What disappoints me about RR's posts is that rather than simply advising us not to count our chickens just yet - sensible advice that I am sure all of us here understand more than most - he appears to be anti-Zen now, ignores all the facts, predicts doom and gloom and seems to want the company to fail.

That said, he is no Jiggy or Nuclear, and, as with others on this board, I remember RR with respect from the early days, and hope he can overcome whatever bitterness is driving him now and not miss this Zen opportunity entirely.

So, on balance, for old times sake, I would say let's not ban him and hope for the best.

Variety of opinion, healthy debate and honest information is one thing, but let's be honest, RR's posts offered none of this and were not designed to to do. They were dopey digs, aimed at irritating everyone here. Plenty of other boards out there if that's one's cup of tea.

Look back at all the posts wasted on this issue. RR is gone not because he has contrary opinions, but because he was becoming a boring sideshow that was cluttering up making this board less useful. Waverider was right to finally cut him off.

Now, can we please move on.
