Robbers steal over HK$3 million worth of bitcoin from trader, escape after kicking him out of car on Hong Kong hillside
Technically they stole cash. He agreed to sell them the bitcoin which he did, then they robbed him of his cash. Alternatively they could have tortured him for his private address and then they would actually be stealing his Bitcoin.

So the 15 bitcoins which they stole should appear on the block chain and we should be able to find the robbers public address, no? Then prevent that private address from ever spending them.

That won't be possible with Mq's quantum computing founded digital masterpiece unit of value. Robbers steal over HK$3 million worth of bitcoin from trader, escape after kicking him out of car on Hong Kong hillside

Quantum computing is not required for Mq's money but it will be an enhancement, unlike with various digital efforts which will be defeated by infinite computing power.
