If the 40 day HC response window is based on business days and not calendar days the expiry would be around Jan 19-20 allowing for year end public holidays. I asked a question at the AGM as to whether there was dialogue with HC during this review period and Francis confirmed that there was. Bottom line - I don't think we should be worried at this stage as the days tick by particularly given all the other positive developments that are taking place.
