Christopher, your post bears repeating... >>I called IOM last week and talked to SS about Click! She said that Kodak, Microsoft and Hewlett Packard are interested in Click! - MSFT in particular since they see Click! as helping to further the market acceptance of their CE OS for hand held computers. Also IOM is shipping Click! to OEMs this quarter for testing, however, the company does not anticipate any significant revenue from the product this FY.<<

Kodak, Microsoft and Hewlett Packard being interested in Click!
is reason for hope. The rest of your post tells us not to
expect Click! profits on the bottom line this year.

Thank you!

GM

>>the company does not anticipate any significant revenue from the product this FY<<

I was hoping Clik! might be out in the summer, but this implies a fall or even winter introduction. This means that Clik! will have been delayed a full year from when it was first supposed to be sold as N.hand.

The delay is disappointing, but the product still has great potential, and I do expect some OEMs to include it. There may be OEM announcenents in the summer for Clik!

Yes, and I am interested in that new Aiwa mini-system stereo that I saw in the store today. Beautiful thing it is. But I didn't buy it. The same goes for all these companies that are "interested" in or "endorse" Vapor!

There is a long way between just being "interested" in as apposed to plunking down the cold hard cash to buy Vapor!

Aiwa didn't get my money today.

Iomega has failed to get money from anyone for Vapor!

Christopher re: Emphasize that the glass is half full instead of half empty.
Did anyone notice that WDC made .03 eps and rose over 1.50 ? Of course that was before a 145.2 mil special charge for pricing pressure ( = -1.66 eps ) ?
Sure wish K.E. could use some of that super salesmanship during these conference calls.
This isn't the first time he's muffed a call, most of us can remember the changeling quarter statement.
Don't get me wrong I really like him and the company but I've come
to the conclusion that he shouldn't be hosting these calls.

<<< She kept emphasizing that he was trying to be 'honest' with us shareholders.>>>
I wonder how that can be justified in light of the "Asian" comment (re: reasons for not meeting earnings).
