Re: MAC Sold the last of my high cost shares @ $13.87/share and now will lest the remaining 90% run to my first value target at/neat $19/share. Based on their property capitalization rates when compared to other mall owners, this s/d be valued at/near $45/share CTO a somewhat similar REIT but owns separate triple net lease properties. Has moved last 3 days on better than avg vol. Not as a deep value play as MAC but could see a 30% run higher to get to my fair value target. EKS
