What keeps AMD's stock such artificially high reflects tremendously from Jerry's charismatic leadership. He can sell anything very well to everyone.

I have to agree with you in part: AMD's stock price is artificially high and that Jerry is a skilled confidence man. I do not agree with your assertion that he can sell to everyone. In fact, knowledgable people find him glib and infinitely transparent. There is a reason why boiler room phone solicitors focus on the elderly and when it comes to high technology stocks, one can extend elderly to a much broader range of investors. Although broader and more numerous, these target groups are not everyone. People see Intel's success and having missed out on it, they are easy picking for AMD's promise of wealth, which never materialize. More often than not, their options expire worthless and they stand there blathering on about the FTC or the NFL or whatever.
