The way I understood it, the focus will be two-fold:

1) Ramp up the growth of Zip sales to the next level, reducing the time to standard.

2) Educate consumers as to why they need more disks.

To me, there was far more emphasis (both in the CC and here) on #1. #2 is definitely a part of it, though.
