Jeff,

I agree with your general concept , I too invest based on a longer view, but the tech stocks definitely offer opportunities for the shorter term investor and its interesting to read some of the short term observations here. I happen to agree with your assesment of Quantum also. I think they are one of the better run companies in the technology sector.

I have no idea where Quantum will be in 5 years !
But by following the trend, I will be there !
Monthly trend = down
Will buy when it turns up !
And Quantum will tell me when to buy !
And I will not predict Quatum
