Pugs: >>>>They notified me that my 'complaint' about Mork and DVBC
was "defered" to the SEC. I called the lawyer my "complaint" was sent to, because my
"complaint" was about a 3 month wait for certs, not Mork. The attorney told me that
she can't discuss the "investigation" with the public.<<<<

Although NASD deferring your complaint to SEC does not mean that it is actively being investigated it seems reasonable that Mork and all the principles within the lawsuit are part of an investigation. Consider that Mork, Yourself, Riley, Kugler and others have all referenced communication with the SEC. Either initiated by themselves or by an investigative body. I am also certain that this entire thread is monitored and recorded as well as the previous OVIS thread etc..
What is not known at this point is which characters if any may or may not have become targets of an investigation.

That being said, what of the money you say has arrived? You stated the cash was infused. Why no release?

DD does not mean "D"ial "D"company..<G> So much was stated in the SEC release.
