The shot was calculated. The guy was on the left at about a 20 degree angle to the window. When she was about 1/3 exposed he stepped forward and took his shot. The angle placed the round low and to the left side of her neck just above the shoulder. If the round would have exited it would have extinguished on the wall near 10 feet in front of the police. It is not clear to me who the police was addressing but the officer that was closest to the body gave a thumbs up sign to the window. I suppose the thumbs up is open for interpretation. Shootie
