Welcome to the Never Trump cause. 5 yrs late, but what the hell.

.... nothing short of sedition.

.... the way to contest the election is through the courts, which Trump did, and almost every challenge was rejected because of lack of evidence.

Did Trump encourage the protesters? It's clear to me that he did. Every action he took after the election, every tweet he made, every phone call he made including the infamous one to the Georgia official, clearly showed that Trump was obsessed with overturning the election.

It's clear that he endorsed it, approved of it, and took absolutely no action to stop it when things got out of hand. Even Pence and other leaders in Washington had to step in and stop the madness.

the symbolism of Trump supporters carrying Confederate flags and storming the Capitol is essentially unmatched and unprecedented.

Try every single person who was in the Capitol for sedition. If that clogs up the federal court system and causes prisons to overflow, so be it.

Congress should immediately convene and draw up articles of impeachment.

the GOP's days are numbered. The sooner they realize this, the sooner they get rid of Trump, the better. Otherwise they'll circle the drain, and America will suffer one-party rule for the next 30 years.

We have finally seen the ultimate consequences of a political party voting for a personality over the issues.

We have finally seen the ultimate consequences of a political party forgetting that character truly counts.
