If she was warned she would have been looking at her shooter. She was looking straight ahead and the shooter was in a room off the corridor to her left. The bullet entered on the left side area of her neck. It is doubtful that she ever saw the shooter.

In video the shooter was pointing his weapon towards the window while in what appears to be a side room off the left of the corridor. As her head and shouldered cleared the window the shooter took one or two steps closer to the target and fired.

He could have slapped her and knocked her right back where she came from. And, why was she not pulled back from behind by the police that were there and moved her body?

Complete bullshit move from all LEO at the scene from basically inviting the ANTIFA's into the building to the shooting of Babbitt.
