Thanks for the warning Pat. Still, I think it is a given that the IR person for a company will hype the stock-that's their job-to get people to buy the stock-hey? As far as the SEC-they will only investigate misstatements/lies in filings and false press statements etcs. Keep in mind that nobody can accurately predict the future-not future stock prices, not even future events-things change from day to day-plans change-miscommunications etc. The thing to look is a pattern of misstatements over time-a track record if you will-I know what Ralph said-I will wait a few weeks and see what pans out to make up my own mind. In any case, I don't even own MDIN stock at this point-only NPEC so not worried about been carefully. I am hoping that MDIN pulls NPEC out of the cellar. Thanks and good luck-caution is the watch word for the day!
(By the way-Les Price has bit of track record problem himself-however-he is the CEO of NPEC not MDIN correct?-I think Regis would be correct person to get the info straight from the horses's mouth?)
