Officer was about 4 foot away from her when he deliberately aimed, waited, and then shot her in the neck to kill her. To me. that's murder.

Maybe since they moved the barricades, opened the doors and waved them in, they didn't expect to be shot. And maybe I'd just push a women backwards before I killed her....you know..give her a chance to see I was serious....or maybe just stab her in the arm with a pocket knife first.....just to see if she backed up..... then if she still wanted through that window....oh wait a minute....maybe first I'd ask the cop behind her to grab her by the hair and sit her ass down. or.... maybe if I were instructed to kill her....I would. sure are a lot of ifs and maybes to consider. that said, She was killed by design. Just ask the cop that gave the thumbs up to the shooter, he'll tell you. Shootie
